Chelsea Zainea
Owner and CEO
I’m Chelsea, CPA and founder of Peak Financial Wellness. Before starting my own firm, I worked in both public and corporate accounting—learning everything I could about profitability, cash flow, and what really makes businesses thrive.
Along the way, I’ve had the chance to work with multi-million-dollar wellness and aesthetic practices. I saw first-hand what separated those who scaled profitably and sustainably from those who created cash flow disasters and burned out. That’s why I created the Peak Profit Accelerator—a hands-on program designed to help you take control of your numbers, build a smart financial plan, and track what truly matters so you can grow without the overwhelm.
Like you, I took the leap from a “safe” corporate job to follow my dreams. And like you, I’ve learned that building a profitable business doesn’t have to mean sacrificing your freedom. I’ve been in the trenches—figuring out how to grow sustainably while still having a life outside the hustle.
These days, when I’m not helping practice owners step into their CEO role, you’ll find me on the sidelines cheering for my two kids, Madilynn and Mason (who seem to play every sport imaginable), coffee in hand, filling my other role as full-time taxi driver and mom.

Meet the Team
Heather Albrecht
Virtual Office ManagerÂ
Heather describes herself as a serial entrepreneur. She started her first business in 2012 and hasn't looked back. While her businesses have been in a wide variety of industries, her core business mission has always been to simplify and reduce stress for her clients.
Heather lives in Vermont in a historic 1920's kit home on the river with her husband and two teenagers. She's been an avid mountain biker since she was 13 and she and her husband spend a lot of time exploring the miles and miles of trails all over Vermont and New Hampshire.Â
Heather grew up in the hospitality industry, both of her grandparents owned bed and breakfasts that she worked in throughout high school. Client experience is in her blood and she looks forward to helping provide an excellent customer experience to you.
Lisa Hansen
Accountant
Lisa brings a strong background in accounting and finance to the Peak Financial Wellness team. After graduating from Harding University with a BBA in Accounting and Finance, she started her career in public accounting before finding her passion—helping wellness and aesthetic practice owners feel confident in their numbers. She’s been working alongside Chelsea for the past few years, ensuring clients always have clear, accurate financials they can rely on.
Outside of work, Lisa stays busy chasing her two little ones, Charlie and Millie. When she gets the chance, she loves to travel, hike, and camp. Fun fact: Lisa grew up watching her parents run an independent pharmacy, so she knows first-hand the ups and downs of entrepreneurship.
